Job summary

Terapro Construction, a Case dealer, located in Hamilton (Ontario), is seeking a service manager to oversee the workshop, supervise staff, and coordinate with parts and sales to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role focuses on workload planning, purchase order management, technician supervision, and administrative tasks such as invoicing, payments, and deliveries, while ensuring health and safety standards and responsive customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and plan workloads, open and close purchase orders
• Manage workshop technicians: schedules, health and safety compliance, development and training
• Coordinate the section's administration: invoicing, payments, deliveries
• Work closely with the parts and sales departments
• Respond to and service customers

A full range of state-of-the-art machinery is offered, including excavators, loaders, tracked dozers, graders and much more, to suit all construction project management needs.

For our branch located in Hamilton (Ontario)we are looking for a service manager.

Salary: 65 000$ à 80 000$/year

The service manager (heavy equipment) ensures optimum management of the workshop and staff, while coordinating departmental activities and working closely with the parts and sales departments to provide exceptional customer service.
