Job summary

Scotlynn Group in Vittoria, Ontario, is hiring a Service Lead to manage a shop team of mechanics and AZ drivers. The role emphasizes safety, budgeting, and strong communication; prior 310T experience not required.

Responsibilities include supervising fleet service, reviewing maintenance schedules, diagnostics, and supporting drivers, with a Monday–Friday 7am–5pm schedule and on-call support. The organization offers a robust benefits plan and community initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong time management and organizational skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
Leadership and communication abilities.
Experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Service compliance with MTO regulations.

Responsibilities

Execute and supervise the service of Scotlynn fleet of trucks & trailers.
Review maintenance schedule and work orders.
Diagnose, service and perform preventative maintenance of storage and equipment/machinery.
Test and adjust repaired systems to performance specifications.
Provide clear communication and excellent customer service to drivers and customers.
On-call availability to support drivers.
