The Humberview Group is seeking a Service Greeter (Lot Attendant) in Etobicoke to be the first point of contact in our Service Department. You will welcome customers, manage service traffic, assist with service questions, and help move vehicles around the shop and car wash.

This fast-paced, hands-on role offers opportunities for growth across our network of 20 stores and 18 brands, with incentives, benefits, training and team events to support your career development.

Qualifications

• Positive, friendly attitude and strong customer service mindset.
• Valid G2 or G Driver's License.
• Clean driving record.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Reliable, motivated and eager to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly and upbeat attitude.
• Assist customers with questions and direct them to the right person or location.
• Controls service traffic flow and parking.
• Determines if customers have an appointment.
• Records customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and damage.
• Assists Service Advisors at the service counter and drive-through.
• Maintains a clean and safe service drive area.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Assists customer follow-up on repair orders.

Humberview Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for a Service Greeter (Lot Attendant) to add to their team in Etobicoke. Humberview Chevrolet Buick GMC is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.

As the first point of contact in our Service Department, the Service Greeter will play an important role in creating a positive customer experience. Our Service Greeters welcome customers as they arrive, assist with service traffic flow, support Service Advisors, and help move vehicles throughout the shop and car wash.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working with people.

Compensation: $18 per hour.

What You'll Do

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly and upbeat attitude.
• Assist customers with their questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
• Controls service traffic flow and parking.
• Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment.
• Records customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
• Assists Service Advisors with duties at the service counter and in the service drive through.
• Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Assists customer follow-up on repair orders.Other duties as required by the Service Manager.
