Job Summary:

• Commissioning of chillers and HVAC systems.
• Repair of all types of HVAC equipment.
• Customer follow-ups and meetings as per schedule.
• Team management and coordination with Service Coordinator for requirements like parts.
• Weekly team meetings on safety, site audits, and backlogs.
• Updating Service Manager and Coordinator on monthly plans.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for commissioning and servicing chillers and HVAC systems.
• Handle all models of chillers and low-side equipment complaints as per ASM instructions and company guidelines.
• Perform timely preventive maintenance as per SOP.
• Conduct root cause analysis for failures and share findings with Quality team & FFL.
• Ensure adherence to EHS guidelines.
• Handle customer service requirements and generate leads.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of service tasks.
• Provide daily reports to the office and ASM.
• Share service reports with parts requirements to the deployer.
• Hold valid driving licenses for 4-wheelers/2-wheelers.
• Follow all safety and vehicle audit requirements.
• Hands-on experience with installation, warranty, and AMC services of chillers.
• Operational knowledge of MS Office, Internet, and Mail.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduation/Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, RAC, Electrical, or Electronics.
• Experience of 5-10 years working on-site with chillers.
• Strong technical knowledge of chillers.
