The Morrey Auto Group is seeking a Service Department Receptionist & Greeter for our Service & Parts Department.

We are looking for hardworking, organized, and personable individuals who take pride in their work. This is an opportunity to join a strong, close-knit team and work alongside one of the busiest Service & Parts departments in the industry.

Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting and assisting customers entering the Service & Parts department
2. Helping with customer check-in and appointment scheduling
3. Processing payments for invoices and purchases
4. Answering and directing incoming phone calls
5. Handling customer inquiries and follow-ups
6. Supporting service advisors and personnel to improve efficiency
7. Performing other duties as assigned by the department head

Minimum requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean Driver’s Abstract with at least one year of a clean record
• Previous dealership experience preferred
• Experience with CDK / 180 / Dealermine preferred
