Qualifications

• Preferred experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Clerical Assistant.
• Reliable attendance and a team-first work style.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean abstract.

Responsibilities

• Close out repair order paperwork accurately and timely.
• Assist with warranty claim submissions, including required documentation.
• Support warranty claim approvals by ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate the loaner vehicle system to meet customer needs.
• Execute vehicle coordination ahead of schedule to prevent delays.
• Provide administrative support for the Service Department.
