Responsibilities

• Handles all incoming customer calls and service dispatching.
• Creates and maintains work orders daily for scheduling.
• Attends planning sessions and generates service reports.
• Monitors and follows up on subcontractor work.
• Provides service quotes and schedules maintenance accounts.
