Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Service Coordinator in Etobicoke, ON to coordinate service with technicians, sub-contractors and customers. You will handle calls, dispatch and schedule work orders while ensuring timely invoicing and accurate data entry.

The role emphasizes world-class customer service, strong organization, and collaboration with project managers and technicians in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Solid telephone and personal customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• Basic financial knowledge (AR/AP, PO, work orders)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication, adaptable in a dynamic environment
• Initiative and collaborative team working

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming customer calls including dispatching, scheduling, tracking and changes
• Create and maintain work orders in iCare for scheduled maintenance and service
• Attend planning sessions and reconcile weekly service paperwork and timesheets
• Plan and schedule service work orders and monitor subcontractor work
• Assist with Spectrum/ICare/IPlan and maintenance administration
• Provide service quotes to customers with supervisor approval
• Support turnover, warranty documentation and site set-ups
