Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or related office experience.
• Minimum one year of call center, dispatch, customer service or administrative experience.
• Experience in security industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming customer calls including service dispatching, tracking and scheduling.
• Create and maintain work orders in iCare for scheduling and maintenance.
• Attend planning sessions and manage weekly timesheets and service reports.
• Schedule and follow up on monthly maintenance accounts and provide customer follow-up.
