Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Brampton, part of The Humberview Group, seeks a Service Drive Thru Concierge to greet customers, manage service flow, and support Service Advisors. This full-time role starts in Brampton and offers a fast-paced, active workday in a dealership setting.

You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a positive experience by welcoming customers, directing them, and helping move vehicles through the drive through and shop.

Qualifications

• A positive, friendly attitude and strong customer service mindset.
• Valid G2 or G Driver's License.
• Able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles is an asset.
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly and upbeat attitude.
• Assist customers with their questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
• Controls service traffic flow and parking.
• Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment.
• Records customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
• Assists Service Advisors with duties at the service counter and in the service drive through.
• Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Assists customer follow-up on repair orders.
• Other duties as required by the Service Manager.

As the first point of contact in our Service Department, theService Conciergewill play an important role in creating a positive customer experience. OurService Conciergeswelcome customers as they arrive, assist with service traffic flow, support Service Advisors, and help move vehicles throughout the shop and car wash.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working with people.

Compensation:$45,000 a year.

Please note that this is a full-time permanent role.
