Job summary

City Chrysler, part of Steele Auto Group, is looking for a friendly Service Attendant to assist clients with their service needs and guide them through the experience.

You will perform basic maintenance tasks and help ensure a smooth, efficient visit for every customer, while upholding a high standard of service and professionalism in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to learn automotive basics and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and grease vehicle components as required.
• Change and rotate tires according to manufacturer specifications.
• Check tire pressures and adjust to recommended levels.
• Check and maintain all vehicle fluid levels (oil, coolant, brake, washer).
• Inspect belts and hoses for wear or leaks; lubricate components as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and keep workspace clean and organized.

What your day looks like:

• Perform oil changes and grease vehicle components as required.
• Change and rotate tires according to manufacturer specifications.
• Check tire pressures and adjust to recommended levels.
• Check and maintain all vehicle fluid levels, including engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, and windshield washer fluid.
• Inspect belts and hoses for wear, cracks, leaks, or damage.
• Lubricate vehicle components as required.
• Perform visual inspections of vehicles to identify potential maintenance issues or safety concerns.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and proper maintenance practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Use tools and equipment safely and properly.

• Experience in a dealership is great, if not, don’t worry just bring your positive attitude!
• A hands-on, problem-solving attitude, ready to jump in, tackle challenges, and keep things moving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, composed and collaborative mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
