Who We’re Looking For

  • Passionate about customer service
  • 1+ years experience in scheduling, reservations, business development or logistics coordination
  • Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment
  • BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract
  • Confidence on the phone, positive attitude and desire to exceed customer expectations

Schedule: Full-Time; Mon-Fri: 8:30am – 5:00pm


Compensation: $19-$20/hr + Production Bonus


What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Book Appointments: Making inbound/outbound communications to customers in our database to book appointments.
  • Records Management: Ensure customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communication: Managing customer requests through phone, email, and text, ensuring accurate communication.
  • Follow-Up: Conducting after service calls to ensure customers were satisfied with their experience and encourage them to complete our customer experience surveys.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Delivering outstanding service with a positive attitude and professionalism.
