Job summary

Performance Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor for Genesis Niagara to join our growing team in Ontario. You will coordinate with technicians, prepare repair orders, and provide accurate service recommendations while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• Must have great customer service skills and an outgoing attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Must have a valid Ontario driver's license and good driving record.
• Automotive knowledge is an asset.
• ADP dealer software and CDK experience is a definite asset.

Responsibilities

• Works with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare repair orders, enter them into the database system and close the orders by providing appropriate repairs and services.
• Provide service recommendations to customers including estimating costs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers standards.
• Strive to meet the department's repair order production standards.
• Other service related duties as required.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected annual compensation): $50,000 - $70,000 per year (base salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses). This range includes a fixed base salary and eligibility for monthly bonuses tied to individual results and/or department performance, which may be influenced by business volumes. Actual bonus earnings vary based on performance.
