Job summary

O’Regan’s Automotive Group in Bridgewater is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, gather vehicle information and documents problems accurately. You will inspect vehicles, reference service history and recommend needed services, then provide complete cost estimates for labour and parts.

Maintain up-to-date pricing guides and pricing forms, then communicate changes to customers and coordinate scheduling to ensure high satisfaction and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Document and explain vehicle problems clearly.
• Provide accurate written cost estimates for labour and parts.
• Maintain up-to-date service department forms, menus and pricing guides.
