Job description

KIA North Bay is looking for a Service Advisor!

The Service Advisor is responsible for guiding customers through the maintenance scheduling process and vehicle repairs. We seek a customer-centric individual who is passionate about building lasting relationships with our clients.

Job Duties:

  1. Assist customers in understanding their vehicle needs.
  2. Address customer questions and concerns effectively.
  3. Ensure customer vehicles are properly cared for and keep customers updated on repair progress.
  4. Follow up with customers post-service to address any additional questions.
  5. Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team with an upbeat attitude.
  2. Problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
  3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proficiency with computers and understanding of technology.
  5. Experience with CDK software is considered an asset.
