Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies' Meadowvale Honda in Mississauga is hiring a Service Advisor to join our busy service team. You will provide front-line customer service, greet customers, explain repairs, and schedule appointments to keep the workshop running smoothly.

Candidates with CDK experience are preferred; you must be able to sell maintenance services and work effectively as part of a fast-paced team. Total compensation ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 plus bonus.

• CDK experience preferred.
• Aptitude for customer relations/service.
• Ability to sell maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service and sales for the Service Department.
• Greet customers on the phone or in the dealership.
