An Automotive Service Advisor is needed for immediate hire in Kingston, Ontario. We are a thriving, newly renovated shop with full bays. Support our Shop Manager and Technicians by driving sales and delivering excellent customer service. We offer excellent earning potential within a driven team and opportunities for advancement. Service Desk Responsibilities:

1. Develop and present estimates, source parts, and sell jobs to customers.
2. Interpret inspection results (with Technicians) and present findings to customers.
3. Deliver superior customer service while consulting with customers.
4. Increase and optimize retail sales.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. $50,000/year base pay plus monthly sales and commission structure.
2. Current Service Advisors earn $80,000+ per year.
3. Health insurance, dental, and paid time off.
4. Prior experience as a service advisor or service writer required.
