Position Overview

Compensation Plan

Primary Job Functions

• Greet customers, book appointments, write up work orders, and schedule repairs.
• Create estimates.
• Responsible for creating invoices.
• Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician.
• Follow up with customers and keep them updated.
• Explain all work performed and charges.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills in person and over the phone, verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with computer systems, report writing, and scheduling tools.
• Experience with scheduling and basic accounting procedures.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and process-driven environment.
• Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma.
