Job Description

As a Fleet Service Advisor, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating service and maintenance activities and managing resources effectively. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and a commitment to safety. This is a full-time permanent positionMonday-Friday, from 6:00am-2:30pm.

What you’re responsible for:

• Ensuringresources are in place to perform the planned work (parts, labour, shop space etc.)
• Developing and communicating the weekly maintenance plan andcreatingwork orders
• Ensuringopen work orders meet required standard, and status is kept up to date
• Maintaining maintenance records with current Service and PM status
• Coordinatingwith service technicians and mechanics to ensure timely servicing and repairs
• Prioritizingequipment service based on usage, condition, and criticality

Qualifications

To join our team:

• You have 2 years experience relating to fleet maintenance/service planning
• You have thorough knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures
• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• You have detailed working knowledge of planning and scheduling tools (MS Office Package, Excel, etc)
• You have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
