Job summary

Guelph Nissan Infiniti is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and the dealership's Service and Parts teams. You will coordinate vehicle maintenance, communicate repair recommendations clearly, and ensure a smooth service experience from drop-off to completion.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced setting while building long-term customer relationships and supporting service goals.

Job Summary

The Service Advisor is a key member of the Service Department and serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the dealership's Service and Parts teams.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Advisor is responsible for understanding customer needs, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs, communicating recommendations clearly, and ensuring a smooth and positive service experience from vehicle drop-off through completion.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They are committed to building long-term customer relationships while supporting the Service Department in achieving its operational and customer satisfaction goals.
