Job summary

A service-oriented role at Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in the Edmonton area is recruiting a Service Advisor for our busy service department. You will provide the highest level of customer service and support our team in handling vehicle service and repair bookings.

Key duties include communicating with customers about required work, producing job cards, updating records, preparing invoices, and estimating costs and timescales. Monday to Friday 8.30–5.30, Saturdays on rota; salary up to £28,089.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Advisor role.
• Able to upsell on service work and service plans.
• Customer focused with excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with motor dealership database software.

Responsibilities

• Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle.
• Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems.
• Update Customers and Vehicle Records.
• Prepare and complete Invoices.
• Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed.
• Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires.

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Independent Garage who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Edmonton area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

• Basic salary from £28089
• Monday to Friday working hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Saturday mornings on a rota, 8.30am to 1.00pm

Requirements:

• A working experience within a Service Advisor role
• The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
