Job summary

Wajax Corporation is seeking a Service Quotes Administrator to develop and manage service repair quotes for branch customers. You will research parts, estimate labour, and build supporting tools and templates while delivering timely, courteous responses to inquiries.

Ideal candidates have a college diploma, 2 years in service/parts roles, and strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). This is an on-site role with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• College diploma or post-secondary education in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in service, parts, supply chain or product support operations.
• Basic knowledge of heavy equipment and/or truck & coach industry sectors is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer resources and structure to deploy quick and effective Service Repair Quotes to branch customers.
• May need to research parts and estimate labour required to generate service repair quotes.
• Develop tools and database, such as Business System Quote standards and Customer Quote Template development.
• Create Labour Times Resource database and Parts look-up process.
• Respond to customers via telephone or electronically in a timely and courteous manner; deliver strong internal and external service.
• Follow up with the customer and answer technical questions.
• Develop rollout plan for subsequent service branches.
• Work in collaboration with the technical team.
