Wajax Corporation in Windsor, Ontario, is seeking a role responsible for developing and administering service repairs quotes to service customers, fielding inquiries and coordinating with the technical team.

The candidate will build tools and templates, research parts and labour times, and ensure timely, courteous responses to customers, contributing to rollout plans across branches.

Qualifications

• Education: College diploma / Post secondary Education.
• Work Experience: 2 years related experience in service, parts, supply chain or product support operations
• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of heavy equipment and/or truck & coach industry sectors is an asset
• Proficiency: Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

The Opportunity

Compensation

Base pay $52,000.00-$58,000.00 per annum. Pay may vary based on skills, expertise, and performance, and is a component of the total rewards package.
