Sales & Estimating - Commercial Roofing, Roofing Division

A Day in the Life:
  • Help grow and build our Roofing Service business
  • Collaborate with the National team to build local presence and foster relationships with local and national clients
  • Communicate with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities
  • Follow up regularly on quotes and tenders
  • Attend association, industry, and networking events
  • Plan and attend client meetings at various locations based on client interests
  • Work with Local and National teams to promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels
  • Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs promptly
  • Complete work orders, take-offs, and estimates efficiently
  • Conduct virtual presentations as needed
  • Support corporate initiatives and business development objectives
What You Bring:
  • Experience in the roofing/construction industry
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business
  • Proficiency in computer programs specific to this role (MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD)
  • Clear understanding of contract documents
