Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, food service, or restaurant operations preferred.
• Bartending experience is an asset but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Experience with POS systems is an asset.
• Professional and adaptable, with courteous guest service.
• Valid Manitoba Smart Choices certification required for alcohol service roles.
• Flexible evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events availability.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and provide friendly, professional service.
• Present menu items, explain specials, and recommend pairings.
• Take and process orders, prepare beverages, and deliver food promptly.
• Communicate guest requests and dietary needs to the team.
• Assist with hosting, table service, bartending, and events as needed.
• Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Restock supplies and maintain clean dining, bar, and service areas.
• Assist with opening, closing, setup, and cleaning duties.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
