Job summary

Northland Restaurant Group in Calgary is seeking a bartender to welcome guests with hospitality while keeping a clean, inviting lounge atmosphere. You will deliver beverage service with knowledge of the menu and pairings, and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, upbeat energy, and strong organizational skills to manage drinks and guest interactions in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience at a highly competent level is required.
• Basic technical bartending knowledge including standard cocktails and highballs.
• Strong ability to lead conversation in any setting.
• Highly organized and capable of maintaining a clean, upbeat bar/lounge.

Responsibilities

• Surprise and delight guests with cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages.
• Maintain knowledge and execution of beverages featured in menus.
• Deliver full food and beverage service to guests seated at the bar; suggest pairings.
• Prepare beverage orders promptly and accurately for servers and guests.
• Help maintain a clean and organized bar and lounge.

Key Responsibilities
