Job summary

OLIVER & BONACINI is seeking a Server for Corporate Hospitality Solutions in Canada. You will deliver exceptional service at events, maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings, and ensure accurate guest orders in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a minimum of two years serving experience and a valid Smart Serve Certification. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required; wage is CAD 25 per hour.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and high service standards.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in a fast-paced event environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive guest experience through engaging interactions and adherence to service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage offerings to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Enter guest orders and information into the POS system accurately.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards throughout events.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and equipment.
