Job Description
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Ensure proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts including early mornings,late evenings, weekends andholidays
Qualifications
- Previous service experience an asset
- Previous Point of Sale system experience an asset
- Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
- Possession of the Serving It Right Certificate
