Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is hiring for a seasonal part-time role at the Red Mountain luxury ski-in/ski-out resort in Canada. The position starts December 1, 2026, offering competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits plan for eligible associates and their families.

You will contribute to a high-standard food and beverage service, participate in onboarding, and support teammates across front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the setting up your assigned section as per departmental / meal period standards.
• Attend roll call meetings (pre shift) before start of service to learn of specials (food & beverage) function particulars, including guests and hotel expectations.
• Assist with on-boarding of new associates as scheduled.
• Serve the food and/or beverage in order. Expedite food in accordance with direction from the culinary team.
• Compliance with food allergy / dietary restrictions notification/s from guests / reservations and ensure team members both FOH and BOH are alerted (advised).
• Always maintaining a professional appearance.
• Working in an environment in-door / outdoors.
• Assisting coworkers, whether it be their assigned section, food running, seating, telephone reservations, cleaning duties (back of house side duties, cleaning of the restaurant floor.)
• Assigned to be scheduled to work events / restaurant shifts.
• Abide by all Provincial, Federal, and corporate requirements pertaining to Food Safe, serving alcoholic beverages including WCB regulations.
• Replenish beverages (water) as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
