Position

• Sunrise Team Member

At Sunrise, our Dining Room Care Manager is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living standards.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Serving as a role model in providing dining service to residents
• Assisting with training team members
• Maintaining proper dining room setup
• Assisting in special events
• Monitoring checklists for cleanliness, readiness, and standards
• Assisting in inventory maintenance
• Handling all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
• Ensuring compliance with all food service regulations

Qualifications

• Must have a Canadian Working Visa
• Availability for Fix Fridays and Saturdays, 7.5 hours each, plus some mornings for 3 hours
• High School diploma preferred or GED accepted
• Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality or senior living
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
