Do you get excited about monitoring and management tools that keep environments running smoothly? Do you have a passion for new and exciting technologies?
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Network Operations Centre (NOC) Analyst for our Calgary team to ensure the operational uptime of the tools used to monitor and manage Long View’s onsite at our client’s location in SE Calgary, with easy access to the C-train line! You will act as the first point of contact for technical escalation to team members and end users. This Network Operations Centre will provide critical 24/7 monitoring and support, and shifts for this position could be daytime, afternoon or nighttime coverage.
