Job summary

Blacksmith Agency seeks an experienced SEO Manager focusing on veterinary clients to own the technical roadmap, content priorities, and ranking story. You’ll steer SEO strategy for multi-location practices and collaborate with writers and AI on drafts.

You will report on GA4 and Search Console, manage local and AI search initiatives, and guide quarterly client roadmaps while communicating clearly with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes performed.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for veterinary or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As SEO Manager, Veterinary you own search for a book of veterinary clients (veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices): the technical roadmap, the content priorities and the ranking story when the client asks what moved. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
