Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an SEO Manager, Multifamily who will own search strategy for a portfolio of multifamily clients. You will guide technical SEO, keyword priorities, and content planning with writers and AI to improve rankings and visibility across AI and classic search results.

You will work remotely with US and international clients, coordinating with a team to deliver quarterly roadmaps and performance reporting using GA4 and Search Console.

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.

Responsabilités

• Own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, site architecture.
• Define keyword strategy and on-page optimization with writers/AI.
• Improve visibility in AI search and traditional organic results.
• Manage local and multi-location SEO for clients.
• Provide GA4 and Search Console reporting and quarterly client roadmaps.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As SEO Manager, Multifamily you own search for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the technical roadmap, the content priorities and the ranking story when the client asks what moved. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing the drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: you have run the audits and made the fixes yourself.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
