Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to follow written assembly, testing, and quality procedures.
• Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and inventory systems.
• Able to lift and move boxes and equipment associated with normal production and shipping activities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sensors, cables, and related hardware according to documented procedures.
• Perform functional testing and quality inspections on completed products.
• Record test results and identify products that do not meet requirements.
• Prepare, package, label, and organize customer orders for shipment.
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and condition.
• Monitor inventory levels and place approved orders with suppliers.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Organize components, tools, production materials, and completed products.
• Maintain a clean and organized production and laboratory workspace.
• Follow established production and quality procedures.
• Assist with documenting and improving assembly, testing, and inventory processes.
• Coordinate with the engineering and operations teams to meet production and delivery requirements.
