Job summary

Accenture seeks a Workday PATT Lead with expertise in Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking implementations to design, deploy and maintain Workday Payroll solutions. Experience with ADP or Oracle payroll systems is a plus, and US/Canada Payroll exposure is beneficial.

Role involves leading a PATT workstream, managing configurations and migrations, and advising clients on industry standards. Travel may be required for global client engagements.

Qualifications

• Workday Absence, Payroll or Time Tracking Certification.
• Minimum of 3 years Workday Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking implementation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in a Senior Consultant or similar role.
• English is required for this position in multinational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the PATT workstream in Workday implementation projects.
• Design and deploy Workday PATT solutions, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Manage Workday PATT configurations, updates, and migrations to production.
• Provide support for PATT processes, including post-payroll activities (e.g., posting, bank transfers, paychecks).
• Address legal, regulatory, and year-end reporting requirements in Workday.
• Research and resolve Workday PATT issues and support new client requirements.
• Manage small onshore and offshore functional teams.
• Advise clients on industry standards, leading practices, and innovative solutions.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping and apply Workday/Accenture methodologies.
• Provide project status updates to the Project Manager and manage client relationships.
