VCLOUDIFY is seeking a Senior Workday Architect to partner with HR and stakeholders, translating requirements into comprehensive Workday solutions. You will lead the design and configuration of Core HCM and multiple modules, govern architecture, and guide security and reporting across complex enterprise needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HRIS/Workday, with ≥2 years as a functional architect.
• Expertise in Workday Core HCM and at least two other modules (Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll).
• Experience with Workday Business Process Framework and Security.
• Leads cross‑module solution design for enterprise‑wide requirements across PortCos/geographies.
• Define and govern configuration standards, design patterns and architectural guardrails.
• Assess trade-offs between configuration, reporting, and integrations with clear rationale.
• Provide guidance on Workday roadmap and impact of bi‑annual releases.
• Identify technical debt and legacy design reconsiderations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business to gather requirements and translate into Workday solutions.
• Lead design and configuration of Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, and Talent.
• Define functional architecture and ensure alignment with goals.
• Oversee Workday business process design, security configuration, and reporting.
• Provide guidance on releases and best practices.
• Collaborate with integration teams to meet functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer for HRIS teams.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing support for Workday modules.
