The HR Path Group, a global player in HR consulting, assists its customers in their HR transformation projects, both on the human and tools aspects (HRIS). We intervene in Europe, America, and Asia-Pacific, for our large accounts and SME customers, to offer them comprehensive support in developing their HR strategy.

Our Approach

1. Advise: We support our customers in transforming their HR functions through redefining their HR organization and digitalizing their HRIS systems.
2. Implement: As partners of leading market vendors, we execute technical and functional implementations of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise).
3. Run: Leveraging our global payroll expertise, we provide various levels of payroll outsourcing services.

Your Missions

Working closely with client business teams, as a Workday Senior Consultant, you will define and deliver tailored Workday solutions. You will build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide training to end-users. You may serve as a Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Designer, Tester, or Trainer during project phases, from offer to production support. Your role may also involve developing our service propositions and growth strategies. Flexibility and willingness to travel are essential.

Your Profile

• Deep knowledge of Human Capital Management.
• Experience in implementing technology-enabled HR solutions.
• Ability to challenge and design HR solutions aligned with client needs.
• Experience facilitating workshops, writing design documents, conducting user acceptance testing, and providing end-user training.
• Effective project management skills.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with the full Workday project lifecycle is advantageous.
• Workday Core HCM certification is required; additional certifications are a plus.
