We are seeking a Sr. Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant to lead Phase 1 and Phase X implementations, optimize Core and Advanced Compensation, and partner with clients to deliver production-ready solutions and AMS support.

Qualifications

• Led at least two Workday Phase 1 implementations.
• Led at least two Workday Phase X implementations.
• Workday Partner Certifications maintained in Active status.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting on multiple client engagements with limited direction.
• Lead design, configuration and prototype efforts for Workday Compensation.
• Support annual events like talent, merit, and open enrollment sections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects and forecasts.
