You’ll shape content and functionality decisions, translating business needs for developers and external partners. The role focuses on leadership across discovery, migration, and publishing workflows, working with executives and content owners to ensure accessibility, SEO and engaging user

Qualifications

10–15 years of relevant experience in digital communications, enterprise web strategy or related field.
Experience in a large, complex organization.
Experience with an enterprise CMS from a business/content perspective.
Involvement in a website migration or digital transformation initiative.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership across discovery, design, content migration, testing, launch and adoption.
Translate business needs into website solutions and user stories for agency and development teams.
Direct external agency and ensure solutions meet organizational needs.
Advocate for intuitive Sitecore authoring and publishing workflows for content owners.
Lead content strategy, migration, governance and publishing standards.
