Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years hands-on with content platforms (AEM, OpenText, Contentful, Optimizely, Sitecore).
• 5+ years full lifecycle implementation experience using SDLC methodologies.
• 5+ years experience leading teams.
• 3+ years experience deploying or relaunching WCM apps.
• High school diploma or GED required; English proficiency for cross-Canada communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Digital Experience implementations across multiple WCM platforms.
• Develop architectures with packaged software and cloud-native tech.
• Design architectures that meet client business requirements.
• Advise on WCMS platform selection for client needs.
• Resolve integration issues between back-end systems.
• Optimize performance, scalability and security of applications.
• Support project leadership with planning, risk mitigation and budgeting.
• Provide leadership in team meetings and deliver constructive feedback.
• Lead offshore/remote Agile development teams and code reviews.
• Define development architecture leveraging CI/CD principles.
