Job summary

Sun Life Financial is seeking a Specialist, Global Digital Channels to support the management and optimization of its corporate website portfolio, including Sunlife.com and related microsites. This 1-year contract role centers on content governance, accessibility, AI-powered experiences, and measurable digital improvements.

You will collaborate with Marketing, CX, UX, Technology, and Compliance to deliver compliant, engaging digital experiences aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or related fields.
• Experience consulting with business stakeholders to align needs with capabilities.
• Working knowledge of CMS templates, metadata, tagging, redirects, and accessibility checks.
• Experience with web analytics and user feedback tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Sun Life's corporate websites and digital properties, ensuring effective content, search, tools, and user experiences.
• Build strong relationships with global stakeholders and partner with Marketing, CX, UX, Technology, Data, Compliance, and Centres of Excellence to manage publishing workflows.
• Support SEO/GEO initiatives to improve discoverability of corporate content across search experiences.
• Translate website needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
