Job summary

RBC Family Office Services in Montréal is seeking a Senior Tax and Estate Planning professional to guide advisors and high-net-worth clients on sophisticated tax and estate strategies.

You will research complex cases, communicate clearly with bilingual clients, and collaborate across Wealth Management to deliver tailored planning solutions. This role offers a dynamic, high-performing team and opportunities for leadership.

Qualifications

• University degree with CPA, MTax or LL.B. designation required.
• 7 years of experience in tax, estate, and advanced financial planning.
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Commitment to high standards of client service and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Bilingual in English and French required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary advisor to RBC advisors and clients on tax, estate and planning.
• Explain complex strategies to non-technical audiences.
• Lead occasional topic presentations to advisors.
• Stay current with legislative changes.
• Collaborate with internal partners on strategic projects.
