Job summary

BMO Wealth Management Canada is seeking a senior leader to guide specialized wealth planning for Private Wealth Canada. You will provide advanced planning insights to high-net-worth clients and support frontline professionals with complex planning issues, including tax, estate, and philanthropy.

This role requires strategic leadership, cross-border collaboration, and a track record of delivering high-value financial planning solutions.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education; MBA asset preferred.
• 10+ years of experience providing financial planning services.
• Strong knowledge of tax, estate, trust, and wealth planning principles.
• Proven leadership of advanced planning professionals and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of advanced planning professionals.
• Provide advanced financial planning services to HNW and UHNW clients.
• Develop and execute strategy for specialized wealth planning within Personal Wealth.
• Collaborate across BMO to identify cross-LOB opportunities and drive growth.
• Establish metrics and reporting to measure planning performance and client satisfaction.
