Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a senior wealth management advisor to develop and manage relationships with high net-worth clients in the Canadian Quebec market. You will craft personalized investment and savings strategies and lead a 360° wealth management approach.

You will mentor teammates, coordinate with partners, and drive business growth while balancing risk and client satisfaction. The role requires French language proficiency and strong advisory skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• A minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
• Financial Planner designation
• Be registered or eligible for registration as a Registered Representative
• Knowledge of French is required

Responsibilities

• Drum up new business and develop the full potential of existing members and clients.
• Set goals and advise members and clients on the best strategies.
• Develop a comprehensive 360° offering based on member and client needs.
• Actively contribute to meeting sales objectives by developing action plans based on the business plan.
• Monitor stock market movements and trends likely to influence investments.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices in your field.
• Play an active role in promotional and public relations activities and maintain a presence in the business community.
