The role supports multi-disciplinary municipal civil projects, including water, wastewater, roads, and site design, blending field oversight with office work. The ideal candidate brings extensive site supervision experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic project environments.

Qualifications

• Ten years as Site Superintendent or Site Foreman supervising crews.
• At least ten years in water infrastructure, transportation or community development.
• Degree/assets noted as optional assets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage construction activities on municipal civil projects.
• Perform resident site inspections and monitoring.
• Manage construction administration tasks.
• Lead project management and client development.
• Prepare proposals and contribute to revenue generation.
• Plan and design water distribution systems, and sewer networks.
• Oversee reservoirs, pump stations and lift stations.
• Design roadways and site grading.
• Develop and manage client relationships.
• Support large/complex projects with oversight and supervision.
• Provide project management for major initiatives.
