You will coach Senior Supervisors, manage union-related scheduling under the CBA, ensure safety and high levels of service, and partner with the General Manager to monitor budgets.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience at the Senior Supervisor or Manager level within a distribution centre or warehouse environment.
• Exceptional team-building skills with a demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate leaders and operational teams.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, WMS, SAP, and related operational systems.

• Manage the overall operations of the Distribution Centre through forecasting, labour planning, and standardized processes to drive efficiencies and cost savings.
• Lead coaching and accountability to ensure adherence to established procedures and high performance across shifts.
