Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions seeks a senior Value Stream Owner to bridge business problems with technology execution in a contract-to-permanent role. You will define problems, set vision, build roadmaps and backlogs, and align stakeholders to measurable business outcomes.

Partner with Principal Engineers and technology leaders to translate requirements into actionable work, prioritize backlogs, and drive execution across multiple initiatives in a modernization roadmap.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise products, value streams or tech-enabled transformation.
• Proven Product Management or Value Stream Ownership at senior levels.
• Strong stakeholder management, including with C-level executives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-definition skills.
• Ability to translate business problems into tech roadmaps and priorities.
• Experience partnering with senior Engineering/Architecture resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery of business problems and translate into actionable work for engineering.
• Engage stakeholders across business and technology to define outcomes.
• Establish vision, roadmap and priorities for value streams.
• Translate complex requirements into backlog items and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Principal Engineers on solution definition and implementation.
• Communicate recommendations, risks and progress to senior stakeholders.
• Lead alignment across competing priorities and multiple initiatives.
