You will collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to drive a digital transformation that makes customer and employee platforms smarter, faster, and more user-friendly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Value Stream Owner, Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, or Senior Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience managing programs across multiple teams or business units with strong organizational coordination skills.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, process design, and Agile delivery.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, and performance dashboards.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a value stream and align with business objectives.
• Translate ideas into user stories, epics, personas, and acceptance criteria for Engineers.
• Create service blueprints, journey maps, and data flows to connect the dots.
• Analyze data to support requirements, solution design and validation.
• Design scalable, user-centered solutions that improve customer and internal experiences.
• Prioritize the product backlog and contribute to Agile delivery with the team.
• Collaborate with QA on test planning and validation to ensure quality.
• Support production troubleshooting with root cause analysis and fixes.
