Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive interfaces for web and mobile apps in Toronto. You will lead user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging digital experiences. A strong emphasis on usability and iterative testing is required.

The role focuses on rapid prototyping, stakeholder workshops, and delivering designs that balance aesthetics with performance across multiple devices.

Qualifications

• Must have experience creating GUI designs based on user interaction and performance.
• Experience as a UX designer, interactive designer, UI designer, or similar role, designing for web and mobile applications.
• Ability to define and lead UX projects and design workshops with stakeholders.
• Experience with Figma, Canva and similar tools.
• Demonstrated effectiveness working with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Create effective, user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Design the overall product functionality for a great user experience and iterate from user testing.
• Design interfaces for digital displays, publications, media and other creative materials as required.
• Take a user-centered approach and rapidly test and iterate designs.
• Conceive and conduct user research, interviews and surveys and translate into sitemaps, flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
