About the role

At Jerry.ai, we're expanding with Propelix, our new subsidiary focused on creating a SaaS platform for building and testing advanced chatbots and voice bots. We're seeking a Senior Engineer to develop a platform that enables businesses to create, deploy, and optimize AI-powered conversation solutions with ease.

Responsibilities

1. Develop features for our SaaS chatbot/voicebot platform while maintaining high engineering standards
2. Create tools for chatbot creation, testing, and optimization
3. Collaborate with product teams to improve user experience for non-technical users
4. Apply knowledge of LLMs to optimize conversation flows
5. Support junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning

Minimum requirements

1. 6+ years of software development experience with a degree in Computer Science or related field
2. Strong understanding of software principles and algorithms
3. Experience with JavaScript, React, Node.js (knowledge preferred but not required)
4. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud)
5. Proficiency in JavaScript and understanding of performance, scalability, troubleshooting
6. Experience with distributed systems or large-scale web applications

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with LLMs, CI/CD, React Native, open-source contributions
